Amy Middlebrook is a Partner in the Dispute Resolution team. She hasextensive experience handling complex commercial disputes acrossmany areas of law. Amy specialises in consumer law disputes,including misleading advertising claims, consumer guarantee claims andproduct liability suits, as well as in corporations and corporategovernance disputes. Amy provides advice to clients across industries,with a particular focus on FMCG, retail and Healthcare.
Barry Cosier has over 30 years’ experience in both the Resource Recovery Industry and the Food and Grocery Industry. Like many, he started his working career packing shelves in supermarkets while at university. Since then, he has worked for multinational grocery companies, was CEO of a privately owned Australian food manufacturing company, and represented small to medium enterprises on the Australian Food and Grocery Council board. Barry has been involved in Government working groups including the National Waste Policy Industry Panel, the Federal Food Waste Steering Committee, Victoria’s Infrastructure Resource Recovery & Recycling Advisory Group and several other packaging and recycling related working groups. He is currently the Director of Sustainability at the Australian Food and Grocery Council.
