The year has started with a series of high-profile issues for our sector. I hope you will join 2024’s first CEO Dialogue to share insights as we look ahead at the year. 

After a bustling 2023, this year is already off to a busy start with the Senate Inquiry into supermarkets, the Food and Grocery Code of Conduct Review and the Diabetes Inquiry squarely in focus. As ever, constructive collaboration and engagements with our key stakeholders and clear communication will be central to getting our industry through these hurdles.  

Keeping this in mind, I would like to use the first CEO Dialogue in this leap year to share an overview of AFGC’s position and to solicit your views and insights on these topical issues. We can also identify opportunities and challenges we face collectively in the coming year as part of our ongoing efforts to Sustain Australia.
