Her purpose and mission in life is to fuel the revolution of Food. She is deeply passionate about shaping a healthier and more sustainable future. She works with Agri, Food & Beverage and Grocery companies to help create a world in which food is produced and consumed in a way that is affordable, healthy and good for the planet. Vanessa is a Faculty member at Singularity University - SingularityU Australia and delivers regular key notes as a global thought leader in Food.
She is the lead author of Deloitte's Future of Food series. It explores key societal trends, issues and technological advancements that provide commercial opportunities for food businesses whilst allowing them to advance society and our planet.
Paul Dobson | Deloitte Australia Partner - Climate and Sustainability | Deloitte
Paul is a Sydney-based Deloitte Asia Pacific partner in the Climate & Sustainability practice. He works with business and the public sector to help them manage their most strategic risks and take real action on the opportunities emanating from climate change, decarbonisation and sustainability.
Paul has 22+ years’ experience working with clients across diverse sectors in Australia and the United Kingdom with extensive experience in the provision of a wide range of sustainability services to clients including sustainability strategy, materiality assessments, sustainability report advisory and assurance and greenhouse gas emissions and energy reporting.
He is a Fellow of CAANZ, a Registered Greenhouse and Energy Auditor Category
Sarah Kinsela | Deloitte Australia Partner - Climate and Sustainability | Deloitte
Sarah is a Sydney-based Partner in the Sustainability and Climate Change team and leads ESG, climate resilience and technology programs for built environment, infrastructure and consumer goods. She brings over 20 years’ experience in decarbonisation, climate resilience, climate reporting, social impact and building digital products and has previously worked with the AFGC and associated members on Lifecycle Analysis and packaging sustainability strategies.
