Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) Food Standards Code (Code) and the Food Regulation system can be complex to navigate.  

FSANZ develops the Food Standards which are then enforced by the state and territory authorities.  

This webinar series is aimed at delivering an introductory understanding of the Food Standards regarding labelling, nutrition and health claims, novel foods, food additives, vitamins and minerals, processing aids, their related schedules, and food safety standards.  

Webinar 6 will provide information on the food standards related to food safety - including food safety practices and general requirements as well as food premises and equipment.
