Webinar: What's Your Leadership Trademark
Thursday 29 January 2026 - Online
11:00am to 12:00pm AEDT
Ever find yourself second-guessing your leadership decisions, even when others see you as capable and effective? You’re not alone.
In fast-paced FMCG environments, self-doubt often shows up when expectations are high and the pressure to perform is constant. The key to navigating that pressure is clarity - clarity about who you are as a leader and the behaviours you want to be known for.
That’s exactly what this webinar is designed to help you uncover.
Join us for a practical, energising session where you will explore what a Personal Trademark is and why it matters. Learn the core elements of a high-performing leader, and identify the behaviours that build trust, consistency and confidence. Walk away with actionable steps to elevate your leadership impact.
This is an interactive, one-hour session created specifically for AFGC members who want to lead with greater purpose, presence and authenticity.
