Sacha Coburn is the C.O.O of her own family business Coffee Culture, a group of boutique coffee shops with 300 staff in 20 locations. She has lived every inch of the pandemic with her team of owners and has had to embrace change and challenge on a daily basis. Sacha walks her talk every day leading her team with humanity and humour. A former lawyer with a first class honours Masters Degree in Education, Sacha is uniquely qualified to talk about what’s ahead.

Sacha is a Prime Minister’s Business Scholarship winner has recently graduated from the prestigious OPM program at Harvard Business School. She was chosen by her colleagues and members of the Harvard team to give the class graduation address. 

Sacha runs a leadership development programme with Tonia Cawood through their side hustle ‘The Company You Keep’ working with both emerging and C-suite leaders to deliver whole hearted high performance.

In 2021, she won the Thinkers50 Innovation Award (described by the Financial Times as the ‘Oscars for Management Thinking’), which recognises the thinker who has contributed the most to the understanding of innovation globally over the last two years. Amantha was the first Australian to win this award.

Michael is an experienced executive with over 25 years' working within the dairy industry. Michael currently holds directorships in Arrovest Pty Ltd and various other entities associated with Perich Entities. He held previous directorships in Leppington Pastoral Co. Pty Ltd as well as Contract Beverage Packers of the Company and Arrovest. Michael also had a previous role as joint Managing Director of Australian Fresh Milk Holdings, Australia's largest dairy producer. Michael is a graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors post nominals. Born in the UK, Miles holds a degree from the University of New South Wales and an executive MBA from INSEAD University in Singapore. Miles is a current Board Member of the Australian Beverage Council.
